Sorry to say that we have mixed feelings about the company. We were impressed with the quick response from the quote request and all the information provided by Dave, our sales rep. We made the decision to go with Reliance and within 1 week, our installation was scheduled and done. Aaron and Tyler D performed the installation professionally and efficiently, nice clean work, all the extra touches to leave no trace with full explanations through the day of what they were doing. We decided to go with the rental option, which is relatively new to Alberta and the administration nightmare began! After 1-1/2 months of phone calls to their rental division down east, they cannot get the correct rate in their billing system. There seems to be major communication issues between their main office and the individual sales office as after 2 months, the paperwork is still not correct in our file. We would not hesitate to recommend the Edmonton personnel for their professionalism, friendliness, and response times BUT cannot recommend the rental option to anyone. Two months after installation and we are still trying to get the contracted rate established in our billing. We wish that our rating could correctly reflect the division between sales and installation (10 stars), and the administration (1 star).
