I recently found a dead mice in the basement, and made a call to the company. Joe responded so fast and did a thorough investigation to my house. He went over every corners, walls and found many clues of where and how the mice might come into the house and stay. I also learned what's the trace of a mice leaves. After that, he sealed every possible holes on the wall and garage. He also promised two revisits before the winter so we can make sure everything is ok. This is really beyond my expectation. Overall his work is exceptional, and I really like it and appreciate his professional work.

Thanks for your review.The home had definite access for mice to venture into the basement. These basement jobs have similar characteristics and the mice tend to use familiar routes to gain entry into a home. I had seen this scenario a few times before and knew exactly where to look. I will follow up in the fall to and check for any new evidence. Joe
