10/10

My parents have a 21 year old mid-efficient Carrier furnace and 9 year old 60 gallon conventional vent rental water heater. They are just 2 people in a 2600ft family home that watch their energy conservation religiously but never upgraded to high efficiency over the last couple decades. Last time I visited my parents we started talking about their HVAC equipment and realized the age of their units and their fuel costs that they're trying to conserve. Knowing some people who work at Ontario Consumer Home Services I made a phone call for mom and dad to figure if they could save money by upgrading to new high efficient equipment. Not only did the people at OCHS calculate our exact savings based on consumption and equipment comparisons but they also approved my parents for a brand new Lennox SLP98V flagship furnace on a rent-to-own program with no upfront costs. And the kicker was that they also offered a cheaper water heater rental that was the same size and brand new. As if it couldn't get any better we were even eligible for a $250 rebate from the government. Their equipment, service and financing options are among the best of HVAC outfitters. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend OCHS to our friends and family.
