After talking to 4 other companies who was either unable or unwilling to help, I reached out to Liz at Hearth Manor. Very quickly they assessed our situation and was able to formulate a solution. Their installer team brought out a new Valor gas fireplace and within short order replaced the old unit with a new, fantastic unit. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service, price and installation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a leak in our foundation that finally needed to be fixed. Stephen came over and inspected the problem, described the solution and process in detail and provided a detailed quote. Once work began his crew worked very hard in tough conditions. They were always careful to respect my property and also the neighbour's property. It rained a lot when they were working and they had to dig everything by had because of the location of the services. Despite this, they did the job quickly and cleaned up every day. It's messy work, so expect some mess during the process but once everything was finished, it was hard know they had been there. Most importantly, we've had several storms, including the weekend that never stopped raining, and the basement is dry. I would highly recommend The Waterproofers to anyone that needs the service. Excellent job at a competitive rate.
