They visited right away as soon as I mentioned I had roof distress. Leaks and damage were happening and other roofing companies had long wait lists but Warner came out right away. They took accurate photos using a drone camera and they were careful about the estimation. The only down side was we had an unexpected cost because our satellite dish was out of place and Shaw charged us a small fortune to realign it which took about 5 minutes. Apparently this happens about 10% of the time we were told. This aside I recommend Warner, they are true professionals.

We just completed a full demolition and re-build of our kitchen and dining room. Down went the wall and doorway of our two tiny rooms for a new gorgeous open-concept main floor. Mark coordinated everything, ceiling, walls, floor, cupboards, plumbing, electrical, even appliance installations. Considering carefully that the house is 80 years old, Mark and the technicians were appropriately mindful of potential issues or pitfalls which required analysis of the structure beforehand. Mark is a responsive and professional contractor. Communication was excellent. No worries about scheduling or "no-shows". Any differences or questions (and these will undoubtedly come up!) were quickly answered and solved. Thank you, Mark and crew, you guys are awesome.

Quote was fine. Responsive at first. Crew showed up in good time but they cut down half of the wrong tree. Owner knew exactly what tree, but he was away in another country, and a miscommunication resulted between him, and his crew. Then they came back next day and began working on correct tree, then stopped and abandoned the project. (They needed to find equipment?) Have not heard back for weeks despite many phone calls. At least they could have finished cutting down the wrong tree instead of leaving it like that. That would have been acceptable had they continued to communicate.
