There are serious management problems with their installation service. They out sources projects to some independent installers, but has no control on the quality. The one I got only care about earning more money from the project instead of doing a good Job. After the installation, I'm very upset about the result and try to get contact with the customer service. The coordinator just ignored my request without any explanation. Then I filed an complaint and finally get someone to help me on my issue. But it takes 3 days for them to open pictures I sent over. Then the guy told me he will leave for 3 days and his co-work will help me. Then no update at all. Having hard time to deal with them. If they keep treat customers like this, no one will trust them anymore.
