We hired Sean to do a condo inspection on an older condo we purchased as a first home for our family. I was hesitant to get an inspection done at all thinking what could he find that I wouldn't be able to see between our own review of the unit and a depreciation report and strata minutes. While googling the benefits of a condo inspection I came across Sean's name (and all of the good reviews) and I am glad I did. He was very thorough and explained to me step by step what he was going to do. Alot of times when you're providing a service with no tangible end product you have to make clients see value in your work and Sean did that for us. He pointed things out inside the the unit that we would not have known and because of his expertise we shaved some money off of the purchase price of the condo. He also took his time to go over common property at the building so we were aware what we were buying into since it was older. He was friendly, punctual and he knew what he was doing. Highly recommended.
