Worst experience ever. Company owner subcontracted my reno unbeknownst to us. After 3 weeks, we had a very substandard and unfinished bathroom. Once owner was summoned to view completed renovation, he and his son were very apologetic about the state of our reno. After another week of them fixing most of the problems, Im still unhappy as the only item I got that I selected was the bathtub. The flooring was substituted to something similar, the tub surround was not right, no tub water spout and expected to fill tub with handheld shower?, electrical issues, nothing fixture wise was aligned, terrible condition of new walls, not sanded, screw heads showing, painted over it, no grout in tiles, no caulking. Really pathetic in all actuality. I feel terrible as they did their best to fix the mess but shouldnt have hired the guy who did the work. The owner said he fired him like that would make me feel better. Really! Ugh!
