Chico and his team were great. From beginning to end, they did a quality and professional job at a fair price. I called Chico based on the Homestars reviews. The exterior garage wall had a large crack running from the window casing into the ground. In tight quarters, they excavated down to the footings, repaired all the cracks, waterproofed and parged. The crew was very interested in keeping me up-to-date on the progress at every stage. Every night, the work area was left tidy and clean. Everyone was very accommodating and worked thru some terrible weather with smiles on their faces. The work was done in Oct 2012 and the guys came back this spring as promised after settling had occurred to re-lay the walking slabs and fix some minor issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Chico again or recommend him to others.

There was a lot of miscellaneous junk laying around the house that was too large/heavy of a job for a do-it-your-self. I called 1-800-Rid-Of-It based on Homestars reviews and wasn't disappointed. They called from the truck when they were 20 mins away from arriving and the junk removal was done very quickly and professionally by two very pleasant guys. The price was good too. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

My first encounter with Royal Renovations was through this website. I was looking for a contractor to renovate the 2 bathrooms in my house -- the main upstairs bathroom and the basement bathroom both which were several decades old in style and function (think "green fixtures and tile and weird shape" upstairs). I had gotten some names from friends but was also looking on my own. Royal Renovations stood out because they had fantastic reviews from all their clients; I was somewhat sceptical that their ratings could be so high but decided to call Dean for an estimate. After meeting with all the contractors and reviewing their estimates, I decided to go with Royal Renovations. Dean and Mike did quality work and were very responsive, very clean and very pleasant to deal with. I had a leaky basement issue that caused a long work stoppage while a basement expert addressed it. As a result, the renovations expanded into the laundry room but Royal Renovations was able to accommodate the extra work and fit my job back into their schedule even though they were busy with other jobs. My bathrooms were transformed from 70s nightmares into modern rooms. I am very happy with the results. Thanks to Dean and Mike for a great job! I will definitely recommend Royal Renovations to anyone having work done and have them back for any future needs.
