Renovated 2 Ensuite Washrooms and 1 Powder room We were planning to have our 30+ year old master bathrooms updated. We visited some friends that had recently converted a closet into a walk-in shower. They were very pleased with the results. We asked who had done the work; they told us Edan Home Repair & Contracting had done the work and managed to get a full 60”x32” shower stall in the area they thought they would only be able to get a 32”x34” in. We liked the work and contacted Edan Home Repair & Contracting to do our master bathrooms & powder room update. Edan Home Repair & Contracting did a fabulous job of renovating our washrooms. They rebuilt them by demolishing the existing, raising the ceilings, installing new drywall and waterproofing. He installed tiles on the floors (heated), walls & ceiling. Edan Home Repair & Contracting installed new modern shower doors, efficient LED ceiling pot lights, great shower plumbing & toilets. The new vanities were a bit of challenge to install, as they had to be custom cut them to fit inside the existing alcove that had mirrors on 3 walls. Edan Home Repair & Contracting did a great job of getting the vanities to fit and the side and backsplashes to sit flush with the mirrors. Edan Home Repair & Contracting was easy to work with and always kept us informed of the progress. They handled any problems and unforeseen issues professionally and made great suggestions. We were a bit hesitant on the heated floors, but the owner told us they would make the room warmer and more comfortable when we got out of the shower. We are glad we took his suggestion. Heated floors is definitely the way to go! Edan Home Repair & Contracting also recommended a roofer to repair an outdoor roof balcony that needed to be replaced. We are happy with that work as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Edan Home Repair & Contracting to our friends or family for any renovation project. We are already planning other renovations and repair projects at our home with them. He is very personable, friendly, conscientious and wants to get the job done right the first time! Simon
