I called William as we needed a vinyl floor installation for my 94 year old father. William showed up as agreed and they started work immediately. They were in and out within 2 days and the floor looks fabulous. They brought all their own equipment, cleaned up after themselves and there were no issues whatsoever. Having hired their sister company to complete our main floor remodel, we decided to give Heirloom an opportunity to quote our kitchen. We wanted the kitchen to be the focal point of the entire house, so it had to be stunning. And it is!!! Sharlene patiently worked with us through the design and measurement stages, double and triple checking all details. Small details make major differences in the finished product. My wife wanted a custom fan hood and they were easily able to accommodate the request. When Kevin and his team came to install the cabinets and counters, they protected our new floors and made sure to clean up after themselves. Their follow-up was exceptional, they came back to adjust drawers and doors when they said they would; we didn't have to chase them down. The kitchen is definitely our favorite room and it is all thanks to the team at Heirloom. Thank-you.

My 88 year old father had some missing shingles from a recent wind storm. Anyone with an elderly parent knows they can become obsessive and my dad really wanted his roof repaired. Called Toronto Roof Repairs and spoke to Leon, he agreed to repair the roof the same day. To my surprise, after the repair was complete he called to inform me my initial assessment was incorrect and there was less damage than I had originally stated. He charged my dad less than half of what he quoted me. Leon exemplifies the term ethical behavior. He could have easily charged as quoted and I would have still been grateful for the same day service; but instead he did what was right. I highly recommend Leon and would use him again at any price. This is a great company with fabulous service. We needed a skylight to gain roof access and they had the job completed in under 48 hours. Minimal disruption and mess. They even replaced some missing shingles on the roof. Highly recommend.
