I got my project done last year and it has been a terrible experience for me. Eros responds to your concerns and says he will schedule the project to fix the issues, but never comes around to it. I was originally told in the middle of the year 2022 that by November 2022 they would come to fix the driveway. I got a message from Eros later saying that they will only be able to do it in 2023. I am not interested in hurting anyone's business but Eros and this paving company lack the knowledge in paving and do not deliver on their promises in a timely fashion. If you have started your company and want to attain more leads, you easily can provide you also deal with badly done projects. You need to take ownership of your mistakes and deal with them in a TIMELY fashion. You cannot expect people to just wait for you because you screwed up and make the homeowner feel like you are doing them a favour because you are fixing your mistakes. My concerns are just as valid as his timing. With rain, I have spots that are holding water and freezing overnight. It is very dangerous. It is not slopped properly. If your project is not straightforward, this company can do it, but if it requires thinking and planning I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. If they choose to COME and DO WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY AGREED TO. I will be more than happy to remove this.
