I had the pleasure of meeting Yuri Olhovsky when he inspected a home for me 2 weeks ago. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection as he pointed out many deficiencies that were unseen to me and I took a pass on that home. Last week, I used his service again and although the house had some issues, I feel confident I will not be surprised by hidden problems and costs. I would highly recommend Yuri Olhovsky to anyone purchasing a home.
