My new home has a 14-foot ceiling that absorbs the heat from ground level, so after some research I purchased a ceiling fan that reverses in the winter to send the heat back down. I contacted half-a-dozen electricians for quotes on this install. Peter came out promptly, explained the install requirements, quoted a reasonable amount, and gave a quick install date. He arrived with an assistant, and the required extra-tall ladder. They installed the fan in 90 minutes, instructed me on usage and left no mess. I recommend them, and will call them for my future jobs.

Dave the Service Technician came in an hour earlier than the appointment, and whipped through my jobs, despite my many questions. He was well-prepared with tools and expertise, was polite and worked clean and fast. When I called the office to pay my bill, Frank happened to answer the phone. I mentioned that I was very happy with the job, but had a minor quibble about the bill. Frank was kind enough to review the bill and reduced the amount. I needed repairs to my 19 year old condo townhouse deck, which had sun-blistered boards and a leaning wall. Alec gave me a great quote for such a small job, and came out to do the job within a few days. He and his team did great work, even replacing the joists and building support for the wall that had been leaning. Alec even helped out dealing with the nervous neighbor with whom I share the wall. And I just noticed that he came by after the job was done to paint the cut edges on the deck with preservative. Thanks again Alec, for the great job!

My neighbour and I share a roof in our 14-year-old townhouse complex, and we were informed by the Property Management company that the roof shingles had a 15-year life expectancy. My neighbour already had damage in her townhouse from her leaky roof, so the fix was urgently needed. The job was done in two days, just as promised, and I feel reassured that my neighbour and I will be warm and dry for years to come.
