Great company to deal with. Cheapest of 3 quotes for hi-efficiency furnace. No upselling. Work is very well organized, workers are clean and professional. Best quality furnace for cheaper price (of 3). Kevin, salesman, also assists on installation. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I trust these guys! I would recommend highly; will use them again when a/c packs it in. After 4 days of no heat, GNA was here the next day with furnace, truck and crew. Put down carpet protectors first thing. 4 hours later, we had heat; furnace very professionally installed. Met Gus initially on repair call for Sears. Thank goodness Sears is no longer in the business; they were awful. Gus didn't try to sell me a new furnace or a/c though he could have. A great company...you can't go wrong.

Remember Me highly recommended by friend/neighbour. This was 5th or 6th attempt to fix a roof that leaks just about every spring due to severe ice damming. We suspected that our large skylight coupled with lack of air circulation in a cathedral ceiling might be the culprit. Chris assessed the situation and made some very good suggestions. The price was good too. The Remember Me crew was punctual, polite, diligent and hard working. We were very impressed and they did the job in one day thanks to a large crew.
