Very satisfied with our new tilt n turn windows! It was a big job, and it was done quite professionally. There was even a dilemma with the main front window, the original window wasn't well done and was problematic. Leo worked out what needed to be done (it seemed complicated), calculated the extra cost, we approved and they took the time necessary to fix that problem properly in order to keep the full warranty vaild. Leo and his buddy were very efficient during the installation, I was duly impressed. There was also a minor adjustment to be done on the back door after the install job was done, a quick phone call and it was promptly taken care of and fixed. Also, out of all the quotes we received (we did shop around), Michelle's quote was the most detailed and she always answered all our questions promptly. And every time we had this or that question, Helmut was able to assist us and confirm all sorts of details, many of them about the warranty. Thanks guys, we're very happy with our new windows! A Canadian product based on European technology! Nat&Dom (for the cost of this job, please read 'big investment' - but the system wouldn't allow words in that field...)
