We hired Ron to install flagstone for our back patio May, 2010. No water protection was used on our cedar siding when the flagstone was attached with a cement-based grout. We removed this cement grout In Sep 2015 to find rotted cedar siding and layers of rotten wood below that! Ron admits his work is the cause, but he offers only to pay 1/2 his labour, and we pay all materials, saying we should have come to him sooner if we had a problem with his work.

House Smart put in new windows doors and new bathroom fan/humidifier , the products are very energy efficient. The customer service was excellent, they brought a large crew and left no mess behind. House smart gave us the quote, and that was the final price of the project. They followed through with rebates on the windows as well. We have never had a problem since the install and it has been 3 years since the install.
