I used My Ninja Movers this past weekend for move out of Toronto and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The 3 guys who did the move were prompt, friendly, polite, and professional. They worked extremely hard and treated all my furniture and boxes with consideration and care. The cost even came in slightly under the estimate. I couldn't be more pleased and have recommended them to my Toronto real estate agent. Thanks again!

It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Preferred Plumbing - from the initial telephone discussion, to speaking with Sandra on a follow-up call, and to dealing with Daniel at the house. Great customer service, that was exactly as promised. After reviewing what needed to be done, Daniel gave me a number of work and pricing options - from 'bandaid' to 'platinum' - and there was no pressure at all to go above the option I selected. I'm very pleased with the new faucet. Thank you.

Omega created a wrought iron railing - hot dipped zinc galvanized and powder coated in a white finish - for my newly-reconstructed front porch. The initial contact was made through the mason that worked on my porch, and I was slightly concerned my requirements might 'get lost in translation', so to speak. No need to worry though - the railing looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted. My only frustrations - minor - were the time it took to get the railing installed (after the 8 weeks it took to fabricate it) and the days-long delay in responding to a couple of my e-mail inquiries. The actual installation was done quickly and cleanly, and I'm very pleased with the end result.

Brian and Shelley removed the railings, awning, chipped tiles, and parging from the front porch (which turned out to be in a state very much worse than expected under the parging!). They laid lavender-toned bana stone in a wonderful design on the top of the porch, used the coloured mortar to design a stone-like edge around the sides of the porch at the top, and then re-parged the rest in a lovely grey. The steps now have what appear to be indestructible bana stone treads, with a brick facing on the back of the steps - they even managed to find slightly different shades of brick, which matches the brick of the house beautifully. I was initially slightly worried about getting the work done, because another company had told me my door sill was too low to accommodate a stone-topped porch, but Brian and Shelley not only ground down the top of the porch so that the stone was a perfect fit, they also used the stone - in pattern, yet - to replace the old, damaged wood sill. It looks beautiful and I'm delighted. Brian and Shelley were diligent and worked long hours (even occasionally in the rain!) to get the job done in as timely a fashion as our June weather would allow. They were responsive - very patient with my questions and returned e-mails and calls quickly - and included me in all decisions about design and colour. Best of all, they were also friendly and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Parker Restoration to friends and family without hesitation.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with Otto's Masonry. The - very reasonable - quote was provided quickly after my request, I always received a prompt response to my e-mailed questions, and they were happy to accommodate my timing for when the work would be done. The guys who came to do the work were friendly, courteous, and professional. At the end of each day, everything was completely cleaned up. And the final concrete walkway along the side of the house looks perfect! I would have no hesitation in recommending Otto's to friends, family, or strangers!

In February, Sandgate replaced almost all of the old plaster walls on the main floor of my house with new drywall, and then painted. The project was on time and on budget. Considering the nature of the work, there was surprisingly little mess left at the end of each day, and much effort (very appreciated!) was made to keep the dust in the rest of the house to a minimum. Everyone who worked on the project was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with...particular thanks to Joe, who managed the project and walked me through each step of the work, answering all my questions, and Steven, who did the demolition! I wouldn't hesitate contact Sandgate for future work or to recommend Sandgate to friends or family.
