In 2011 we purchased a lovely table and 4 chairs at Southport for outdoor dining. This spring we walked into the new store located on Castlefield to find replacement bumpers for the legs of the chairs as a number had become loose and ultimately lost over the years. The store had only been open for a few weeks and we were greeted by Nick who I believe is the manager. We began to chat and I mentioned that the edges of the table had blistered badly and we were concerned that it would begin to peel. Nick said that this should not happen and suggested we forward photographs. Although the paint is under a limited guarantee (I believe it was 2 years) he felt that this should not have happened. We did as suggested and were contacted immediately by the service department. The table was replaced with a new table at no cost to us. We would strongly recommend shopping at Southport for higher end durable furniture for your outdoor living. Thank you Nick for your support.
