Carleton Refrigeration has a new feature which is excellent. They notify you by email that annual servicing is due and send you a reminder 2 days prior to appointment along with a picture of the technician making the visit. This year Owen came. He is very competent and replaced a part under warranty. Work was completed in estimated time.

I have been having Carleton Refrigeration for furnace and AC cleaning and have been very happy with them. It is quick and easy to book for service by pleasant staff. The heating technicians are quick and efficient. They advise upgrades to home without any pressure tactics. Special thanks to Joel.
