After contacting multiple companies in the GTA, we decided to go with Aiad and his company. From the moment Aiad came for an estimate, we knew we wanted him to complete the renovation on our house. We hired Cosmopolitan to add stucco and stone veneer to the facade of our house. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and executed professionally-it truly exceeded my expectations. He helped us select the best suitable moulding, stucco, and stone to best match our existing brick colour and style of the house. Once the work began according to the agreed-upon start date, his crew didn’t stop amazing us. They cleaned up after themselves daily and would check in with us at the end of each day to answer any questions or address any issues. Upon completion of the stucco and stone, Aiad ensured everything is caulked to perfection. He even had his guy come back to add caulking around the plug cap by the front door. Aiad and his crew showed so much attention to detail and care, even after the job was finished- a rare find these days. Aiad has truly helped us materialize our vision and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone looking for a “facelift” and quality workmanship to last a lifetime.
