This project was for my parent's home that I grew up in. They moved into to a condo before summer, so I took the opportunity to do some renovation before putting it on the market for sales. At first I had a very hard time finding a good contractor that I can trust. In fact, I had to fire my original contractor just a few days before starting the job because of the materials he was providing were not what we agreed upon within our contract. Luckily I have found Sam on Kijiji. He was very professional, and he walked me through every detail of the work that needs to be done. He knew exactly what we were looking for and gave his suggestions along the way. And to be clear, his suggestions were honest and they weren't up-sell tactics because they ended up saving us money and time at the end. Also, another thing that I was extremely impressed with was that Sam was very responsive with my calls/emails throughout the entire project. He was on top of everything throughout and he communicated with me every step along the way until the end. I personally don't consider myself a demanding customer, but I did ask for extra work (eg. new roof) within the tight timeline we had, and Sam was able to move his schedule around and delivered on time and on budget. I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. I have since recommended him to my friends and families. Give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Armando and his team were amazing. Honest, thorough, and extremely professional. Most importantly both my wife and I felt that they went an extra mile for us in helping us save unnecessary cost on our basement repair. Highly recommended.
