They came out the same day and on time. Our large, stacking washer & dryer are in a tight-fitting closet. The young repair man actually picked up the dryer and lifted it off the washer for access! Then he quickly found and fixed the leak without having to order the expensive LG part. He thoroughly tested the fix through the entire cycle. They offered to clean the dryer vent which hadn't been done for 8 years due to the difficult access and needing to go onto the roof. It took a couple of hours and was not inexpensive, but it wasn't an easy job and they worked diligently. They cleaned inside the dryer itself and I believe it runs quieter now. They were well mannered and well organized. We would definitely use Better Care again.

From the first phone call, Sandro was professional and knowledgeable. He listened carefully, completely grasped the scope of our requirements, and was able to do a rough estimate and schedule. I felt like we were on solid ground right away. His suggestions for additional contacts for the project were helpful. Our project was to fix problems and smarten up the bathroom, not a reno. The work included: • replacement of broken tub/shower controls, spout, and heads • replacement of two sets of sink faucets and drains • tile re-grouting and re-caulking He came out for a preliminary confirmation of what had been discussed. There were no surprises, just matter-of-fact, and none of the frequent whining about the insurmountable problems being presented by the home owner. We chose the parts, and when we had them, he arrived on time as scheduled. His work was systematic, thorough, beautifully executed, and clean. He was comfortable discussing progress and addressing any questions. He worked steadily and completed as expected. We thought his pricing was reasonable and are very happy with the results.
