We had substandard builders who worked on our house using substandard materials and as a result we’ve had a lot of issues with the roof. Vargas came and patched an area for us after a neighbour recommended them and they did a great job. When another part of the roof went, they even came back and patched it at no cost. I don’t think it had anything to do with the work they had done and they just did it as a courtesy to us.
