I recently purchased a whirlpool washer/dryer with great sales experience. Satisfied with the store in the beginning, yet once the warranty was over with the whirlpool appliances they fell threw with their services. I wish they would have informed me of the defects of the computer chip in the beginning and the fact the warranty did not cover this! I wish I had purchased a MayTag!
