We can’t thank Gates (and specifically Joel) for the fantastic service we received! We called and were able to have Joel come next day after witnessing a raccoon climb up our brick wall and through a hole in the soffit (that the raccoon created!). We’ve had various pest/wildlife issues since January, and within two weeks of that initial visit we were finally DONE! He came to our house at least five times over that two week period, entered our attic twice and eventually persevered to find and extract five babies and the mother raccoon from our roof. Everyone else we called gave up or told us we were probably stuck with them until they were big enough to leave. We are so relieved to finally have our house back!! The best part is that we were about to pay for a costly repair to the roof to fix the raccoon damage - Joel even took care of that! This is truly a one stop shop, and although it seems expensive at first glance, it’s absolutely worth every penny. Thank you!!!!

Thanks for quickly fixing our noisy oven issue (cooling fan) with minimal effort on our part! Initial call to fully fixed within just one week, and all for a reasonable price. Our only issue now is that our hardwood floor is minimally scratched from moving the oven in and out multiple times, but we can fix this with floor polish I’m sure. Thanks also for helping us clean behind the oven, and for levelling out the cooking surface!

Thank you for making trimming of our hedges as easy as possible, right in the middle of a busy time for our family. Quote was done without us needing to be home, as was the service itself.
