We buy a lot of items from the Port Hope Home hardware Some small and big and always get the NICE FRIENDLY HELP WE NEED!!! They go out of there way to get that item you need or have it the very next day. Can't say we get the same help or customer service from the Cobourg stores. Thank you

I thought I would check out the Restore as that's what people are always saying to what they find. There was absolute nothing there at the North york location,for someone to update there house or even get little things. Had Kitchens from the 80's for $1200,old doors that look like they have had there time. Just a Big Garage sale that the prices are negotiable Be-aware

Very nice place to buy your tiles from,having a ticket to just enter the parking lot was pretty neat and the flavours of coffee were good too. The showroom was very clean and bright and the staff members had blazers on so you could tell who was who(not like Ciot)prices were on all the tiles. We will deal with Rudy again,as we need tiles for the bathroom downstairs that's being built. Now the pick up area and clearance center(well let's say different). I was scared I was going to get sick when I went into the clearance center HAHA Absolutely nothing there but 80's and 70's tiles and dirt. I was very shocked at how rude the pick up area was from just coming from the main building were they were all nice etc. I understand it's a warehouse and that's the talk but if your spending $1000.00 or a $1.00 on tile there's no need to be rude and hear peoples mouths like that. Also they like to make you wait and wait and your sure where you should be standing. We will be going back to buy some marble tile for the other bathroom next week and enjoy another coffee while I look. Tiles look great Rudy Thanks again for your help:) Other than the warehouse staff and the clearance center it's a nice place to deal with. K.G
