I had Natalie and Tony from Natik paint my new condo on very short notice - the consultation was on the weekend and they were done 2-and-a-half days later! I was extremely pleased with the speediness, but more so that everything was exactly as discussed. This was a 900sqf condo for $3000, and the only things that weren't painted were the ceilings and the bathrooms (so don't let the price fool you that they're expensive - they were cheaper than the other 4 companies I got quotes from!). We had 7 colours, and along with 2 coats on the walls got the doors and trims painted as well - I absolutely love that they don't quote you based on how many colours you have! Natalie definitely understood what we had envisioned, and gave me excellent suggestions on which walls to use for accents. I can't stress enough how much I love the work they've done - it was speedy and of excellent quality. About a week or two later, I found some paint on my hardwood floor and guess what - it was bathroom paint that the condo builders had spilled. I inspected the bathroom walls (that I didn't have Natik paint) and found all kinds of problems in painting by the condo builders - nooks aren't painted, door hinges have paint spilled on them, paint on the fixtures, etc, etc, etc. It just all looks so shoddy compared to the rest of my home that Natik took immense care with. (I might even consider getting Natik to paint the bathrooms at this point...) I would readily recommend them to my friends, family, coworkers, bosses, neighbours, acquaintances, strangers - the list just goes on! (Cross-posted with Google+.)

Worked with Lampert to replace the two builder-grade toilets in my new condo. The quote was quick and fair, and we were able to start work right away. The plumber who came by worked quickly and smart - it turned out one of the tanks had a factory leak, and he checked before taking apart the old toilet so I still had two working bathrooms while getting the replacement. I really appreciated that consideration! Replacement was installed next day and in the two months since, I've had no complaints at all.
