The most unreliable service ever! They told me my delivery was going to arrive at 1pm, so I changed all my plans to ensure I would be home when my bedroom set arrived. I called around 1:30 and they told me they had two of the same names so they got confused which was not true because if the names are the same, the addresses are certainly not the same. They couldn't give me a definite time as to when they were going to deliver my items. They finally called at 4:30 and said they were going to be here at 6pm. No surprise, they didn't get here till 7:30pm and when they arrived no apologies or what so ever. The sales rep had included assembling into the deal when we were negotiating because I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't do it myself but when the delivery guys got here they wanted to charge me to assemble the bed. To add insults to injury, the delivery guys refused to put my king size mattress upstairs in the bedroom because they claimed it was too heavy for them; and leaving it for a pregnant woman was the ideal situation. Dishonest unprofessional and lazy people. I will never recommend them to anyone. Run to a more reliable service/company. Worst service ever.
