We had an element on our Samsung stovetop that wasnt working. When Maydone came in to check the issue, he didnt leave with full confidence in what the problem was. However, when he came back to do the repair after a couple of parts were ordered (element and switch), it turned out to just be the switch luckily. In the end, very happy with the service and honesty from them. Would recommend!

We had them in for a plumbing consult - to check our shower faucet specifically (issue with hot water). Their feedback and solution were very helpful! Great service - very personable and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the second time in two weeks that we rented a dumpster from Junk It! We were so happy with our first experience in disposing the concrete we had, we decided to book another bin from them for the rest of the junk from our backyard work. I happened to be home when the bin was delivered and the driver (I think his name was Eric??) was SO nice and friendly! I'm glad I was there, because we had a ton of junk to dispose of (old broken down shed, rotted wood, etc.), which is why we got the bin, but we also had a lot of oversized cardboard. We had been planning to break that down on our own to put out with the recycle the next morning, but the driver mentioned that we could toss everything in the dumpster and when it gets to the depot it would be sorted appropriately. This saved us SO much time. Overall, I was blown away by their amazing customer service and the convenience of answering questions quickly or booking online. I would highly recommend these guys!! Great experience!!
