Communication was good and prompt. Price was in the low category compared with other quotes. Replaced some beams under the floor with out charging extra. Willing to satisfy customer with any issue—had a few floor boards with cracks and he willingly changed them. Pleasant personality as was also the case with the workers. Would definitely recommend this company to others which I did with my neighbour who is in contact with the company. They took the old floor boards right away after removing from deck. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the work areas . A pleasant and non stressful experience.

Estimate was in the low end among those that I received.The service was at a professional level. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. They are a friendly group of hardworking people doing a labour-intense job. The shower was a challenge as some grout came off a while back and water seeped in to the back of some tiles. This required some drying time which involved them coming back to finish the job. This they did without hesitation and without reminder. I would definitely have them again if needed.

They arrived promptly at 9:00 am.and worked diligently until the job was completed at 1:30 pm.They were very tidy in cleaning up the place. I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends..
