My daughter and her family had a London Eco-Roof installed in Summer 2014. Though we moved into our house on the same street one year later, our roof also was in need of replacing. My son-in-law brought Ryan over to look at our house on the same day he visited their house to provide a quote. I was not particularly interested in getting a metal roof, but after seeing the actual product samples, and photos of other London Eco-Roof installations, I was convinced that this was the way to go, particularly since our “25-yr” original shingles were already deteriorating after only 13 years. Though the cost was higher than I wanted to pay, now that I have the roof, I am more than happy with the result. Ryan was very professional in explaining the product to me, and took extra time to show the differences in the various designs and the colours, especially to my wife who was very appreciative which made my decision easier. Alex and the installation crew were also very professional, worked extremely hard, and were very friendly. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we are very happy with the results.
