We were very impressed with this company! From beginning to end everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I sent a whatsapp message before they opened and was responded to promptly. I let them know our dog had beed sprayed by a skunk and the night before and were looking to get the carpets cleaned bc got in the house before we knew what happened. They arranged a same day appointment, I was so relieved! Their workers called 30 mins before arriving showed up on time, we’re very polite, listened to our areas of concern on the carpet. They did our living, dining and family room. The carpets look AMAZING, they got out spots I have tried to get out multiple times and the house smelt amazing. Their prices are more than fair and totally worth it! So impressed with them, we will be having them back to clean the carpets upstairs. The pictures don't do it justice, the carpets look a shade lighter now. All and all best interaction i have had with any kind of home repair/maintenance company in a LONG time! 10/10 recommend them!

Ashley H in the last week WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 0 stars!! Yes, they will say and do anything to get your money. But trust me when I say even with an extended warranty they will leave you in the lurches! I purchased an extended warranty on $6000 worth of appliances and my fridge has broken down 4 times in the year and a half I have had it. It's like pulling teeth to get a tech out to look at it, and when they do come you never hear from them again despite providing pictures of the error codes from the fridge(a customer could not make it any easier for them to solve the problem). I have lost HUNDREDS of dollars of food from this repeatedly happening and bad boy will not refund me what I have lost. And even when you give them second and third chances to rectify the problem, they pass blame to another department. I always have to wait 24-36 hours to even get a return phone call just to set up an appointment which can then take DAYS to get and I get to miss work to wait around for techs which don't ever arrive in their allotted time frame! I spent hundreds in a warranty to go for DAYS without a fridge. DO NOT spend your hard earned money with Bad boy, they do not care about your time, your inconvenience and certainly don't appreciate the vale of your hard earned paycheque! I will never purchase anything from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
