IBI Group, does a fantastic job, planning, designing and implementing the project I have worked with them for years and I have never seen any body better. They designed did a community master plan, combined with design drawings that really show the municipal planning process. Their approvals were smooth and efficient, very good, very thoughtful, and very organized. They know what they are doing.
