Our home Reno project (new bathroom, floors and back deck) ran into unforeseen problems that made the project much more complex. Jacob and his team found solutions that were innovative and cost effective. Communication was excellent throughout the Reno and our vision was always their main objective. The finished product was excellent and I know the work will outlast the life of the house. Build Now even kept paint and stain so they could repair any mishaps moving back into the house. Highly recommended

Our project was handled incredibly well from the original contact who provided the quote to the accounts payable person. All were friendly and quick to answer my questions. A call the day before was also appreciated. When the electricians arrived, they discovered issues not forseen. As they explained the extent of the additional work to be done; everything from fixing structural and fire hazards to potential delays with Ontario Hydro, I became very worried. Dave and Joe explained that this was well within their capabilities and when done, the work was impeccable. I thought some of the changes they needed to make at the house would be 'ugly' but the work was completed with my concerns covered. It looks great. They were very thorough and very professional throughout the day they were at the house. Despite the extra work that they had to do, my invoice did not change one dime from the quote ! Highly recommended
