We sure lucked out when we chose Day & Knight to fix the break in our kitchen plumbing. Austin introduced himself with a smile, and upon seeing our sink, he assessed the problem quickly with precision accuracy. No fuss, no muss. In his quiet, dignified way, Austin was respectful of our home as well as the job at hand. He improved upon our existing plumbing, both in terms of the quality of the work, and the materials used. And he left our kitchen as clean as he found it. Reasonable prices for top-knotch, professional work from a Red Seal plumber. We can't say better than that! He used the latest technology, and did such a good job, we had to turn our thermostat down because we're getting so much extra heat now. A real gentleman: Respectful, courteous, pleasant, a good listener and he cleans up after himself. A pleasure to have in our home and I wholeheartedly recommend him. What a guy!

We found out the hard way they do not stand by their service or products. Even the box stores do better. After airing our concerns, the owner promised to rectify the problems, but we never heard from them again.
