Working with Elaine was a pleasure. She was professional, approachable, and flexible. I really struggled with choosing paint colours, and ultimately we decided to go with Elaine's choices because they were the best of our final choices. She was very accommodating and understanding when it came to scheduling of services. Of course, we were very happy with the quality of her work. To top things off, she took the time to speak to my husband about a safety concern she had about the mechanism that was installed to draw up/down our shades (we have a toddler), and took the time to email us a product she felt would make things safer for our daughter.
