Max and Robert did our tree shaping, their first service didn't shape the tree much, but I wanted the canopy smaller so there are more light go to the room; I called them, they tried their best to reshaped it, now it's in very good shape, good service.
Do not go with this company! Steve's guys started our window replacement on May25th,2015, the progress is slow and steady at the beginning, but they worked very slowly after we paid them$9387 ( Steve wouldn't continue the work without prepay), and then Steve charged us again for the hours they worked. Finally last week they finished the work, it's October already, 6 months delay!!! The due date on contract is June3,2015, this company ruined our Spring holiday, Summer holiday and several long wknds. And Steve charged us $5908.66 extra for the delay( they had to fix their poor finish) which I should charge him. The final work is not very good now, just ok to bear, I really regret choosing this company, not only because of the work they finish, but also there is no bottom line, you will never know how much extra Steve will charge you!!!
