After 25 years original driveway needed sealed again. Luca was great as he came out when promised and let us know no use just sealing again that is needed soda blasted. He provided a contact (Darryl at www.sodablast.ca) who came and quoted and do great work stripping the old sealer layers. Then Daniel came and powerwashed one day and repaired and sealed the next. It looks better than it has in the 11 years we have lived there and three times had it sealed by "a guy" . Trust the pros at Patterned concrete to do it right. Neighbors can't get over how good it looks.

It only gets worse as the story goes on. From damage caused during installation to improper set up of the thermostat to incorrect billing. The Amana product is great however dealing with Reliance has been a nightmare. No one seems to care about all the installation problems. And no one takes ownership of the billing problems. It took 6 months to get EFT set up after many calls to see what was happening but they could never find me as someone entered our phone number wrong. Damage has never been fixed. And it took hours to clean up the mess they made having to wash the floor 5 separate times. We opted for the 1 year rental with the option to purchase which we did before the first year was up. But they screwed that up and charged both our credit card and took the money out of our bank account leaving us with no money. But of course no one could help us get our money back quickly nor has anyone ever tried to make things right. The icing on the cake was the AC not working right the first summer as the installer didn't bother to correctly set the thermostat for the size unit causing the AC to run and run and freeze up. Thankfully someone could figure it out after waiting around for a service call and he advised that it was due to lack of training of the installers. Other than a roof and the windows nothing else costs as much to replace so you hope for a good product and service. No complaints on the product but wish we went somewhere else for the purchase. Unfortunately we are now renting a tankless (again great product) from Reliance so we see their name every month in a bill as a constant reminder of a bad experience. Needless to say we revoked access to our bank account as they can't be trusted.

Excellent work and very quick service. Made suggestions along the way to improve the job but always made sure we were aware of any cost changes. Cleaned up site very well afterwards and took care to minimize impact to adjacent garden.
