Our key broke in the door of our dead bolt. Dimitar was able to remove the broken key part, tightened the lock, and cut 3 new keys for us. He was professional, on time, and pleasant. Would highly recommend!

We called Pambis last Monday when our washing machine wasn't spinning properly. Peter came to take a look at it within 48 hours of our call. He quickly diagnosed that we needed a new one as many parts weren't working properly, and getting a new one was the most cost effective plan. Peter then researched a new machine for us and gave us the quote. He didn't pressure us at all to buy through him, in fact, he did the opposite. He encouraged us to price shop and to research the type of machine we wanted. While very knowledgable and willing to share his opinion, he wasn't pushy at all. I trusted Peter and valued his advice. After looking around at various models and comparing prices, I found that Peter's suggested machine was more than $200 cheaper than any other I could find! He could also have it delivered the very next day and have the old machine taken away for less than $100! Within an hour of the new machine being delivered, Peter came over to install the machine, test it out, and show me some features. Needless to say I was incredibly impressed with the speed, professionalism, kindness, and price of Peter's company. I will only call this company in future for any appliance help I may need. This company gave terrible service. They charged $100 more than they quoted and showed up an hour later than they said to unlock my house. When I called to inquire about the overcharge, I was hung up on twice during the "transfer". When I finally spoke with someone, he was rude and unhelpful. He interrupted me constantly and laughed at my complaint until I threatened to leave a poor review. He begged me not to, but I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with this company. I urge you to look elsewhere for a locksmith!
