After our garage was broken into, we needed to change our locks. I called John and he was here first thing in the morning the following day despite the fact that it was a Saturday on a long weekend. He provided a quote on the phone and kept the price he quoted despite the locks needing extra work. He was very knowledgable, professional and quick. He even fixed our door that was coming apart at the bottom! John was very pleasant and we are so grateful we found him (he was referred through a friend). I would give him 100 stars if I could!

When I provide a quote I always try to stay within that price unless of course, unforeseen circumstances dictate that a lock requires replacing then that would change the quoted price.
