Required a plumber to fix a leaking pipe in my basement rec room that caused me to have a flood. Shopped around and Horizon called me (through Homestar) I was thrilled with our conversation as he gave me a better idea of what I would be paying and what was involved. Had the technician "Phillip" come over today as scheduled. He did a fantastic job and explained everything to me. Also took the time to suggest some things I could do to make my home safer. I really appreciated his advice along with being so pleasant couldn't ask for a nicer guy. Thanks! You will be my "go to plumber" from now on. Sue Clost

I searched companies and settled on Eaves Experts. Andrew came over and was pleasant and honest. No sales pitch here. No upsell either. Just honest opinion and an honest/fair quote. Making sure I knew that a satisfied customer was his priority. He said he had many jobs but would fit me in at some point. He called as he was in the area - I wasn't home. To my great surprise when I got home and saw that they had come anyway! Fixed to perfection AND cleaned away the leaves (that I had said I would do myself) Trusting that I would be paying him too. Called Gary this morning and he was able to come same day. Had problem with kitchen fawcett dripping and also basement fawcett same issue. He and his assistant came and were so pleasant. He even taught me a few things! He really went above and beyond as he noticed a leak in another fawcett and fixed that one too. I needed two rotten fence posts replaced. I did not want to replace the whole fence at this time. I chose Kieth after getting a few other quotes, (who told me the whole fence needed replacing). I found him to be very fair and knowledgable. Keith listened carefully and advised that the posts could be replaced not the whole thing. I was very please with his advice and I am sure if the whole thing needed replacing he would also say so. I trusted him right away. He quickly sent a quote, which I found fair and reasonable. I just got it done today and he and his assistant (Tom) were excellent. They were here when they said and finished in good time. Cleaned up after themselves impeccably. They went above and beyond. (even fixed a latch that was broken while he was there) Every attention to detail was preformed. It is perfect and I can now rest easy knowing it has been professionally handled. Would DEFINITELY recommend him to my friends and family and anyone else who will listen!
