Not an emergency by any means, but regardless, my tech was able to book me in quickly and at my convenience, which is great given my hectic work schedule. He not only moved a number of items out of the work space at no charge but went above and beyond with his recommendations and explanation of use. The installation itself went great and the softener works really well, but the tech also spent the extra time in making things a little more efficient with regards to my water supply. Sinne I shopped around, I know I got the best price, but what I was really happy about is that I in no way had to sacrifice the quality of the service. This site asks if I would recommend him to my friends and family...my neighbour who got to talking with him after the job, was so impressed with his work and thoroughness that he booked an installation right then.
