I had been getting random bites for a few months and we put it down to stress but late on Thursday evening we found a dreaded bed bug... Of course I went into instant panic and really freaked myself out! We called our landlord the next day and she got in contact with Muhammad who came that very evening to investigate. Of course immediately he found all the signs which we hadn't even noticed or had any idea even existed. He told us what we had to do before he could start the treatment. We immediately took all precautions and he was out the next day to start the process. The knowledge Muhammad has is incredible and he really put my mind at ease. The process took a lot more than we had first expected because at this point our apartment was well and truly infested. He told us to keep all our clothes bagged up for a week just to be sure. Unfortunately a few day later we found 2 more bed bugs. I contacted Muhammad immediately and he got back to me within half an hour. He assured us he was fully behind us on this journey and we would get to the bottom of this and be bed bug free soon! The reassurance we got from Muhammad was genuinely 100% and I could not have asked for better service. There wasn't one question about the bugs that he was unable to answer! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has or even fears they may have bed bugs because this guy knows what he's doing and is a very honest person!
