So, after receiving the Green Drop pamphlet in the mail, I decided to give it a try considering I spent quite a bit on spraying weed control myself last year with moderate success. Well, I called in 3 days ago to a girl representative from Green Drop who sounded about 16 and could have cared less about my questions or concerns (we have two small dogs) regarding their product. Anyway, I decided to go with the order anyway since I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Since I don't like making purchases over the phone normally, I requested and confirmed with the girl TWICE that I would receive an email copy of the order and purchase for my records (i.e. I didn't want them to come out next week and do a completely different work order other than what I requested). It's been 3 days now and I still have yet to receive an invoice of what I actually ordered and are going to charge my credit card. I even tried leaving voicemails over the last 2 days and NO SUCCESS. I'm really hoping their product is much better than their customer service!!! Who knows what the hell I'm actually paying for...
