Saskatoon happened to be colder than both the North Pole AND the South Pole today and our home HVAC didn't want to heat the home. Tried replacing the batteries in the thermostat; nothing. Changed out the filter in the furnace; nothing. Banged the exhaust and intake pipes outside the house hoping for some snow/ice to fall off the pipes; nothing! Called L & L Heating and Cooling at around 7:30 am, repair professional showed up at 9:15 am. Fixed the unit, gave a lot of friendly advice and tips for next time and left by 9:30 am. He fixed the furnace and got it working again, replaced the main circuit board under warranty, checked my HRV unit as well as the humidifier and coached accordingly regarding the care, maintenance and settings for all the units. He even left with a smile! Would gladly call them back again and would to thank them once again for getting my system back up and running soo quickly! The house was 15 degrees Celsius when he came in and it hasn't been an hour yet since I write this but the temperature is already at 17. :-)

I've been dealing with Andy for over 10 years now because he has never let me down once for delivering his materials on time, charging an excellent price and most importantly, the quality of his merchandise is better than what you will find in any big box store! I recently had my basement finished and once again used Andy's materials and even the installer of the laminate flooring could not believe it was laminate he was installing as it looked better than most hard woods!
