The sales representative Michael is so considerate as we did change the scheduled time a few times. And when he came for quotation, he gave us two brands for option according to our requirement. No hard sell at all, and even more he also gave us some advice on our other appliance. He managed to prioritize our installation as we have a little one at home. So appreciated! And the technician Dieter came on time, even a little earlier than promised time. He installed very professional and carefully, without bothering us at all. After installation, he also gave us some very helpful advice on air conditioner using and maintenance. The whole project has been done perfectly and within promised time. And he cleaned up all the packaging and garbage before leaving. Wonderful experience with Convertible, definitely will come back to Convertible if we need to change our furnace next time.
