Very professional and knowledgeable. Titanium took the time to assess my roof and go over options, and never applied high-pressure sales tactics. Scheduling was done with ease and the work performed was excellent. Clean up was well done too. I would not hesitate to work with Titanium again.
First off; I was completely shocked that this contractor showed up RIGHT ON TIME. I've never encountered this before. My eaves troughs were dripping and Andrew came by to have a look at them. He went up on the roof, took lots of pictures, and gave me his assessment. The eaves troughs were in good shape; a drip edge just needed to be installed to close the gap between the eaves troughs and the shingles. It's rained a number of times since the installation and there haven't been any drips. I was very satisfied with his work, especially considering that I had another contractor visit the home and tell me the eaves troughs had to be replaced (which would have been a way more expensive job).
