I first hired ProRise Painting to paint the exterior of my house seven years ago. They did a first-class job and used only high quality products; and, as a result, the house still looks freshly painted. This year, I hired them to paint the entire interior of my house--a daunting project as I have high ceilings, mulitiple levels, and wanted a variety of different colours. Once again, I was very happy with ProRise. Their colour consultant, Shona, is a very knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Pablo, the project manager, was in touch regularly, and keen to make sure that I was happy with their work. Dina and her team worked diligently and quickly to finish the job. They were a happy presence in the house. When the painting company made an error, mixing a colour with the incorrect base, ProRlse stood behind me in my request to have the painting re-done with the correct base. As the job progressed, and I saw what a good job they were doing, the ProRise was also amenable to changes and additions along the way. Costs were always agreed to up front. When I decided to have the exterior my house re-painted, Joseph of ProRise Painting recommended and provided a colour consultation with Irene. While I have always considered myself quite naturally astute about design and colour, I quickly realized the benefits of knowledge and professionalism. Irene was patient, thoughtful, and considerate, keen to get a clear sense of the house and my general focus, then quick to find the colours that would bring my general idea to reality, and then patient again as I considered the options and sent more questions her way. I am very pleased with the colour combination she suggested; it has given my home a more contemporary, sophisticated look and has also enhanced its connection to its setting.
