We needed to reconnect a heating duct the previous owners had disconnected when they installed a doorway. We'd not realized it was disconnected when we closed the wall before moving in some years ago. David opened the wall, installed new ducting and: Ta! Da! We finally have heat in the upstairs ensuite!! The wall was repaired, drywall finished, the site cleaned up, and all back to normal in two days. Thanks so much to Dave for the great work and to HomeStars and its reviewers for helping us find him! Not only was the work first rate, he was a pleasure to work with and responsive to specific materials requests we made.

Mark came to correct some problems I'd created for myself. A small job, he still made himself available the day after I connected with him. And he fixed not only my mistake but identified those made by the previous homeowner and fixed them, too. The price was less that what I deserved for playing with wires I had no business messing with! I would highly recommend him; his knowledge, prompt response, reasonable fee, and happy-to-help attitude mitigated my embarrassment and fixed the issue quickly and perfectly!

We used Enio twice. Both times, visible problems were dismissed or not noted: improper grading leading to flooding; stachybotrys (black) mould; rodent infestation; dangerous wiring. Home inspections need professional standards.
